Harris eSupport is an accurate and efficient way to contact the TRIO Support Staff about software issues and questions.

you can search through and view all incidents that have been logged for your town
when logging a new incident, you determine the status and severity level
you can log an incident 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
you will still receive the great customer service from the Support Staff that you have received by making a phone call
