Real Estate Archives

After finishing the commitment and billing processes, it’s a good idea to make an Archive to create a snapshot of Real Estate, Personal Property, Collections and General Entry data at the time of billing.

Similar to the Fiscal End of Year directories, an Archive allows an assessor to go into a previous year commitment archive to answer questions as to what the account was assessed in that year for billing.  

They can be created and accessed from Real Estate > M. File Maintenance> C. Archives.
