TRIO provides unlimited technical support for our customers from 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. TRIO Software is committed to responding to any customer contact within two hours, although most issues are responded to within an hour. Several methods can be used to contact our Support Team:

Customer Hub - Issues can be sent directly to our Support staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by going to Previous issues can also be viewed, referenced, and responded to once logged into this site. This contact method tends to product the quickest response times and is our preferred method of contact.

  3. Phone - Call into our Support Line, 207.942.6222 > select 1 > select 2, for assistance from our experienced Support Staff. Voice mail messages can also be left by calling this number.
